Known as Cheesy Potatoes, Funeral Potatoes, Potato Casserole, Cheesy Hash Browns, or Company Potatoes. Whatever your family calls them, they're just the best. This is the one dish we know will be at every holiday and family function no matter what time of year it is. One of those mid-century casserole-style dishes that use condensed soups. With cornflakes on top. And butter. It's delicious and comforting and decidedly not gourmet.

Serves 6-8 people as a side with your meal. Or, if you're like me, it serves 1 person with a fork and lasts about as long as 3 episodes of a tv show.

From Frozen::: Bake 350º - covered with foil - middle oven rack for about 1:15 to 1:30, depending on your oven and how often you're letting all the heat out to check on your tatoes because you used to have patience but you don't anymore.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Sour Cream, Onion, Cream of Celery Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Corn Flakes, More Butter.
