The last time we made this pizza was in 2017 - when my hairline was a full finger lower than it stands today. I didn't really think about it again until a couple weeks ago when I was wandering around the Aldi looking at all the odd German Christmas confections, when I saw a Loaded Potato frozen pizza in somebody else's 25 cent shopping cart. So I bought one, too. For research. And it was seriously so good. Bit I wanted to be reminded how good it could taste if it was made with literally 100 fewer ingredients. (not an exaggeration)

If you decide to enjoy this loaded potato pizza with a little sour cream or ranch, I wouldn't yell at you. I'd probably even allow a little ketchup on your plate. I ate the entire pizza in this picture without anything from the fridge door squirted on it, and I think it's beyond perfect as is. Hope you do, too!
