This should really be considered an appetizer, because this is too much cream cheese for any one person to consume in a single sitting. I know some of you will eat this whole thing for din-din, and I won't judge you, but my recommendation is to cut it into 16 pieces and share with some folks you like.

This is exactly what you think it is. It's just my classic cream cheesy spinach & artichoke dip atop a wood fired crust, with a lil cheese. It's a big favorite among quite a few regular customers, so I hope you love it as much as they do. We're happy to bring this back when spinach is in season!
