From T. Bird: Our best selling specialty loaf. Although we use the same weight in peppers each season for the recipe, the hotness of this bread depends on the peppers. We like to say it's "Wisconsin Spicy." Our naturally leavened sourdough with Red Barn Family Farms 2 year aged Heritage cheddar and local jalapeños.
