This is the one dish we know will be at every holiday and family function no matter what time of year it is. One of those mid-century casserole-style dishes that use condensed soups. With cornflakes on top. And butter. It's delicious and comforting and decidedly not gourmet.

Serves 6-8 people as a side with your meal. Or, if you're like me, it serves 1 person with a fork and lasts about as long as 3 episodes of a tv show.

From Frozen::: Bake 350 - covered with foil - middle oven rack for about 1:15 to 1:30, depending on your oven and now impatient/nosey you are.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Sour Cream, Onions, Cream of Celery Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Corn Flakes, More Butter.
