Our locally-made Gluten Free crust is topped with our crushed tomato sauce, local provolone and mozzarella cheeses, and our own pork sausage flavored with fennel and a kiss of local maple syrup.
GF CRUST INGREDIENTS: Potato Starch, Rice Milk, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Olive Oil, Yeast, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum. (White Rice Flour used in preparation)
