Our Italian wood-fired pizza crust is topped with tomato sauce, local mozzarella and provolone cheeses, shaved organic beets from Park Ridge Organics, and LaClare Farms' fresh goat cheese blended with some of our basil pesto with year-round fresh basil from Ernessi Farms. It looks like a pepperoni pizza, but every bite has this beautiful blend of garden-fresh sweetness and creamy goat cheese. It's a great pairing.
