No photo or description does this pizza justice. It absolutely knocked the socks off my tiny crew here at the farm. And it's officially my new favorite breakfast pizza out of all the different ones we've made over the years.
I went to New York over Christmas break. My very first stop was to a bagel shop for an everything bagel with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and American cheese. I joked with a friend about how I should turn it into a pizza. Then last week one of our favorite customers, Aaron, stopped in with this pizza idea literally written down for us. Aaron is clearly a prophet and this was a sign from the universe.
This crust is brushed with bacon fat and coated with 'everything bagel seasoning'. I love everything about this breakfast pizza - except for the fact that each one has like $47 worth of eggs on it. Feels like maybe not the best business decision to highlight eggs right now, but I can't keep this from you.
