SCRATCH MADE BEEF CHILI
CHEDDAR, MOZZARELLA, PROVOLONE
For family parties, someone always makes this layered hot dip with cream cheese, hormel chili, and cheddar cheese. We call it Poop Dip, but I'm sure it has a more appetizing name among more refined folks. Anyway, I turned it into a pizza.
I make the chili using home grown beef and a few beans, then layered it on top of a majestic smear of cream cheese. All of this on the wood-fired Italian crust. Then it's finished with some cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone. This should keep you warm on those cold Winter nights.
